Shambhala Music Festival

Debuting in 1998 at the Salmo River Ranch in British Columbia, Shambala Music Festival has been a staple for the West Coast electronic music scene featuring local and international artists and musicians.

On a sunny Labour Day weekend back in 1998, some 500 people gathered at the Salmo River Ranch for a party that showcased local art and music. From those early, heady days, Shambhala grew with enthusiasm by word of mouth, quickly becoming a staple event for the West Coast underground electronic music scene. Ultimately, Shambhala Music Festival is a celebration of music, art and life, steeped in one of the most beautiful festival venues in the world. Our two-year run from 2018 to 2019 with the festival truly was an experience of a lifetime. Each year we decorated the massive ranch with an array of LED pillars to light the family's way back to their campgrounds, mushroom huts to lounge around in as well as a mixture of other unique shade structures and decorations that fit the feel of the festival. Once the products were up the teams were able to take in sacred land, extravagant music and performances and so much more.
